In this role, you will be responsible for

  • Carrying out all aspects of electrical works in customers’ homes and empty properties.
  • Repair/replace electrical fittings and diagnose and rectify electrical faults.
  • Complete relevant certification to BS: 7671 to include EICR, Minor Works and Installation certificates.
  • Adhere to the current edition of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, health and safety regulations and organisational policies and procedures.[Text Wrapping Break]

 

Our client need people who are / have

  • A sound building and construction knowledge due to working in a similar role previously
  • Experience in certifying electrical works and of testing and inspection of domestic dwellings
  • General building maintenance repair knowledge
  • Holds a City and Guilds Parts I, II & III or NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation works and City and Guilds 2391 or 2394 and 2395
  • Has current BS:7671 qualification (18th Edition Regulations)
  • The ability to work with IT systems (email, word and excel)

 

You must also hold a valid driving licence and willing to have a Basic DBS check.

They are currently recruiting for a fulltime Technical Analyst. Reporting to the Technology Manager, you will own the process of developing, supporting, maintaining and enhancing the Groups core business systems. You will be responsible for analysing data to inform system improvements and working alongside the Innovation Team to ensure that new systems and services meet the strategic principles and complement the existing estate. To be successful in this role you are required to identify improvements and efficiencies, own the design, implementation and embedding of them.

 

They are seeking an analyst capable of interpreting business requirements and translating them into technical enhancements for their systems, being able to provide support for incidents and requests related to core business systems, as well as demonstrate an “As-Is” subject matter expertise in core systems functionality and use this to identify and bridge gaps in “To-Be” modelling activity are vital functions of this role. You will be liaising with service managers to understand operational demand and ensure that these are met by system capabilities. You will identify and address any technical and system inefficiencies and inform the ISMS improvement process.

 

 

They are looking for professionals with the following; 

  • Professional Qualifications (Or relevant demonstrable experience) with evidence of continued professional development
  • ITIL 3 or 4 (Practitioner or Managing professional preferred)
